POSITIONS
Senior Account Executive
R+A is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Senior Account Executives to join our team.

Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience. Positions require strategic thinking and exceptional client services skills, as well as experience managing colleagues, working with media, and developing and editing press materials. Candidates must demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills; ability to manage and work to multiple deadlines simultaneously; work independently, with teams, and with clients; and think creatively and critically.

Responsibilities include: staff management; client liaising and coordination; media relations strategy, planning, and implementation; project management; coordinating press events; and writing and editing press materials. Candidates should also be able to think strategically about the use of new tools for cultural communications and audience development, and contribute to R+A’s corporate strategy for the future.

Candidates must have communications experience and a demonstrated interest in the arts and culture. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the art, culture and design sector and those that have cultivated a network of cultural media relationships.

This position is based in NY with the flexibility to work from home up to two days a week.

Salary Range: $68,000 - $75,000 (Annual)
