Julie Danni
Specializing in performing arts, Julie brings 11 years of experience developing communications strategies for nonprofit arts organizations.
Julie joined Resnicow and Associates in 2018 and currently works on communications for the Apollo Theater, the August Wilson African American Cultural Center, Brooklyn Public Library, Pollock-Krasner Foundation, and The Wallace Foundation. She has also worked with Theater of War Productions on numerous campaigns, Long Wharf Theatre, and the International Spy Museum, which opened its first custom-built space in Washington D.C. in 2019.
Prior to joining R+A, Julie managed communications and media relations at The Public Theater in Manhattan, developing and implementing media campaigns for more than 200 productions and special events, including the world premieres of Hamilton and Fun Home; Free Shakespeare in the Park; and the international theater festival Under the Radar. She has also worked on numerous community engagement programs, collaborating with organizations and patrons throughout the five boroughs.
Julie graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor of arts degree in both theater and public relations.
